Hi friends!! The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is here, and I was fortunate enough to be able to shop on day 1. During the NSale, I always try to stock up on basics and closet staples. Today I’m sharing exactly what I bought from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale this year, plus some photos of items I tried on in the store!
What I Bought From the 2020 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale
Steve Madden Kaylah Pointed Toe Bootie
I absolutely love the color of these booties!! They’re unlike any I own, so I knew they were a great investment. They’re on sale for $89 and I went with a size 7 (I’m usually a 6.5/7). They come in a handful of colors. I wear the with a sock liner.
BDG Shaker Stitch Crop Sweater
I saw this cropped ivory sweater, and I fell in love with it! It’s soft, perfect for fall to winter and matches everything. I paired it with the Steve Madden Booties I bought, and Mother Jeans. I went with a size XS, and it’s on sale for $45. Click to shop the look!
Leo Henley Tee
I bought last year’s version of this top in ivory. And wore it SO much that I knew I needed this one from the NSale this year. I bought the black in store and ordered the Pink. I went with XS and it’s $45.
Daydreamer Graphic T-Shirts
I’m a sucker for a great graphic tee, and these Daydreamer graphic tee’s are so cute! They’re also incredibly soft. I went with a size small and they’re on sale for $45.
Barefoot Dreams CozyChic Lite Long Cardigan
This was one item I knew I had to buy for the sale! Last year I didn’t get this $65 super soft cardigan, and I highly regretted it. I know I’ll get a ton of use out if it, especially in the ivory color. It also comes in leopard HERE.
Rainbow Tie Dye Long Sleeve T-Shirt
This tie dye top was too fun to pass up! I love it for wearing around the house, running errands, or out to a casual dinner. It’s on sale for $45 and runs true to size!
Socialite Thermal Henley
This $24 was one of my favorites from the 2019 NSale. They came out with 5 colors this year, I have grey, oatmeal and pink! The oatmeal color is my favorite. The material of this long sleeve henley is insanely soft, perfect for fall through Spring, and easy to dress up or wear casual. It’s $24 and I wear an XS.
Spanx Faux Leather Leggings
I actually bought these two years ago at the NSale, and wear them often. I had to share, because they’re some of my favorite leggings! These leggings are easy to dress up or down, plus great to travel in. They run true to size, I wear an XS! Definitely grab these. They’re regularly $98 and are on sale for $64.
Barefoot Dreams In The Wild Blanket
This is my 4th Barefoot Dreams blanket and honestly I debated a 5th but held back! These blankets are insanely soft, SO cute, and go in any space. They also wash very well! I went with the camel color, since it’s new and goes perfectly in our space. These blankets retail for $180 and are on sale for $119. The solid blankets are on sale for $88. I also bought one for a gift! They sell super fast. I’ll keep my eyes open for restocks. Just stay tuned on IG!
dryBar Dry Shampoo
This is my absolute favorite dry shampoo, so when I saw it was a part of the NSale, I had to grab it! It’s a jumbo size, and exclusive to the sale. I love it more than any dry shampoo I’ve ever used!
Marc Fisher Otay Bootie
I’ve actually had a pair of the Marc Fisher Otay Booties for over a year. I wore another color to NYFW (seen below) last year and LOVE them! They got a ton of use in 2019 and Spring 2020. The brand was generous enough to gift me a pair of them for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, so once I get them I’ll share a try on via Instagram Stories. Stay tuned there!
For reference, they run true to size and are on sale for $99!! I highly recommend them for comfort and style.
Men’s Double Layer Scallop Hoodie
Jesse saw this and added it to his top 10 list (shared HERE) for men’s NSale items. We spotted the olive color and grabbed it! It’s regularly over $120 and we got it for $79. It’s soft, can be worn with shorts or jeans, and Jesse loves it!! He’s about 5’11”, slim, and went with size M.
GloPRO® Microneedling Regeneration Facial Set
I’ve been dying to try Beauty Bio and couldn’t wait to grab this set! Direct from the Nordstrom site, this set is “a complete skin care set to tighten pores and firm skin on the cheeks, nose-to-mouth lines, forehead, neck and décolletage.” It’s regularly $334 and on sale for $175.
Other Goodies
Here’s a few items I tried on that I didn’t end up buying. I would have LOVED to get everything, but I simply didn’t have the budget and wanted to be smart.
