Intimidated is the first word that used to come to mind when thinking about a clothing delivery service. The idea of taking a quiz and letting someone else pick my clothes, seemed out of nature for me. I’ve always been a shopper and am very decisive. I’m also a creature of habit, and have been wearing the same brand of jeans for over 10 years. I rarely deviate!
Fortunately for me, my girlfriends have raved about these types of clothing boxes for years and they make it super easy to dive in. I also want to start by saying, I am no subscription box virgin! I’ve tried jewelry boxes, fashion accessories boxes, fitness boxes, and even makeup boxes. Honestly, I was never wowed (I actually canceled my jewelry subscription box after just receiving one box).
Wantable has several types of boxes: Men’s, Women’s, and Fitness. I had a hard time deciding between fashion vs. fitness, but ultimately I need more clothes so I went for the fashion box. From there, I went through a series of about 30 questions. Although semi-time consuming, I knew this was a good thing, because they weren’t going to ship me anything I really don’t like or need (such as hats, I just hardly wear them).
Once the questions were complete, I paid the easy $20 styling fee (most of the fashion boxes I’ve tried are up to $100! I like that this one isn’t super expensive to try out) and waited a few days for my box to arrive.
What’s I Found Inside!
I was thrilled to open my Wantable box and see what was inside!
- Two pairs of jeans (brand is Articles of Society & Vigoss)
- Chambray
- Silk blouse
- Stripped tee
- Ruffle short sleeve top
- Reversible Tote
They also threw in some super cute sunglasses complementary that say Wantable on the sides. Love that personal touch!
Clothing Review
Here’s my honest opinion on each piece:
- Two pairs of jeans (brand is Articles of Society & Vigoss)
- I am SO excited to have received these. I’ve worn the same two denim brands for 11 years and finally can branch out!
- They are both affordable (I believe $68 each)
- They are so cute and insanely comfortable
- I kept BOTH pair
- Chambray
- This chambray is gorgeous! I live in them in the spring and summer. They also are fantastic over a swim suit.
- I didn’t keep this, because I literally have five chambrays in my closet, but was excited to be able to style this one and share with you guys
- Silk blouse
- The color is stunning, and I loved layering this tank under the chambray
- I did not keep this, because I don’t have a ton of use for it
- Stripped tee
- The one piece I honestly hated, and didn’t photograph on, because it was so not me
- Silver lining… it was the only product I didn’t like!
- The one piece I honestly hated, and didn’t photograph on, because it was so not me
- Ruffle short sleeve top
- I want to wear this shirt all day everyday and never take it off!
- The top is so soft, it’s the perfect length and fit, and I love the sleeve details
- I kept this top
- Reversible Tote
- Every girl needs a staple tote in their closet! I use the same two and rarely deviate. I didn’t commit to keeping this one, but simply because I had already spent a couple hundred dollars keeping the jeans and tops I adored!
Is Wantable Worth It?
I am going to say this without hesitation… YES! I am beyond impressed with Wantable, I think it’s an incredible service and every single woman should try this subscription box out.
