BareMinerals Loose Eyeshadow’s were one of the first eyeshadow obsessions I ever had! These gorgeous shadows have been a staple for bareMinerals for many years.
When I was living in New York City, I used to walk by Ricky’s (an NYC beauty and hair care staple) on the way to work literally every day, and for a solid few months I would legit buy a couple of new shadows every few weeks. It was terrible for my wallet, but fab for my makeup routine!
My everyday makeup routine stays pretty much the same, and I’m excited to share tutorials with you. My latest hair tutorial can be found HERE.

Product Review
Packaging
The bareMinerals Loose Eyeshadow (shop HERE) comes in a small circular container, with a black top and a white bareMinerals logo.
Formula
The bareMinerals eyeshadow powder is a loose, soft powder. Don’t be fooled by the appearance of a small container, these powders last forever! I’ve had Queen Tiffany for at least 3 years, use it constantly, and it barely looks like I made a dent.
Wear
The bareMinerals product feels like velvet. It applies as easy as butter, is super creamy, and the colors are unbelievably vibrant! These are also easy to blend.
If you use eyeshadow primer (which you should be every single time you use eyeshadow), this product does not move! I’ve read some reviews on these shadows, where people complain that the shadow creases, but honestly use eyeshadow primer (the one I used in my YouTube tutorial is HERE) and the bareMinerals loose eyeshadow doesn’t budge.
If you use eyeshadow primer, you should see have eyeshadow crease, including with bareMinerals loose eyeshadow powder!
Conclusion
Here are the top reasons I am obsessed with the Bare Mineral Loose Eyeshadow‘s:
- COLOR – they have every single color under the sun, and they are insanely vibrant and rich
- CONSISTENCY – velvet is the one word that comes to mind, legit this is the softest product ever!
- LONG LASTING – upon application, the shadow not move (disclaimer of why in the “wear” section above)
Definitely go test out the bareMinerals Loose Eyeshadow! The $15 price tag is 100% worth it, and a little bit goes a long way.
If you tried out these products, let me know what you think!
