I’m a total gym fanatic, and try to get to a workout class at least 4 days a week.
My typical morning schedule is:
7:00am – Wake up, make coffee, plan my day
8:00am – Post to Instagram followed by scheduling out my day
9:00am – Out the door for a workout, and get ready at the gym
10:30am – Work (I have a coworking space, so I typically leave the gym and go straight there or to meetings or try on sessions, etc).
4:30pm – Head home, make dinner, etc…
With that said, I typically don’t make time to go home before going to my class. I shower at the gym and hit the road once I’m ready to go! Today, I’m sharing what products I’ve been packing in my gym bag.
What’s Inside My Bag?
Well first there’s the obvious! A change of clothes, my makeup bag, deodorant, and of course body wash. I don’t typically do my hair at the gym, but I do bring shampoo and conditioner along, as well.
Recently I picked up the Love, Beauty, & Planet Radical Refresher Body Wash in Coconut Water & Mimosa Flower from Kroger. I’m obsessed with anything and everything coconut flavor! The Coconut Water & Mimosa Flower scent is absolutely amazing. The Radical Refresher body wash lives in my gym bag, and I liked it so much, I picked up the body lotion and cleansing mist, as well.

Their products are also completely guilt free! No parabens or silicone, plus they don’t test on animals. They’re also vegan and packaged in recyclable bottles (yes!!).
Radical Refresher Body Wash Coconut Water & Mimosa Flower made my skin feel so soft and it looks less dry and so much more hydrated. I swear my skin has been glowing! I ended up getting a couple other products (their body lotion is AMAZING), because I loved how supple my skin felt after showering. Plus the scent is so yummy!
