When you’re traveling, you want to spend the majority of your budget on the actual vacation/trip itself, rather than wasting any excess budget on flights. Personally I’m always looking for the best flight deals, and I’ve found that Skyscanner is the best place to do it! Skyscanner is a search engine that scours the internet and pulls the absolute best prices for your flight, hotel, and rental car search. So before booking direct on an airline, you can save money by checking out Skyscanner!
You can search exact dates or if your travel plans are flexible, Skyscanner helps you find exactly when the cheapest travel deals are both domestically and internationally. You can search specific dates OR by month (as seen below).

When searching for hotels, I recommend using Skyscanner or Expedia for great deals and reviews. Both sites make it extremely easy to book your stay at the hotel that works best for your! You can check out Hotel reviews, best pricing, and more for your upcoming trip.
Personally, I love scrolling through reviews and traveler photos. They’re so much more telling than the images that hotels provide on their site! By scrolling through either Skyscanner or Expedia when finding the best hotel deals, you have access to those reviews and traveler images, along with the best deals on the market! You can’t go wrong booking with either.

Skyscanner is a great site to check deals for car rentals, as well! Basically the site scours all car dealers pages to source the lowest deals available, based on what size car you’d like to rent.
It’s super easy to search for the best deals, you can see exactly how easy the site is to search below!
Activities
Once you’ve booked your trip, it’s time to think about activities and get some things on the books! I love that Expedia has a ‘Things To Do’ section on their site. From there you can find a list of top 10 things to do where you’re traveling, look up tours & day trips, history & culture, and other activities in the area you’ll be. It makes trip planning seamless and easy!
