This Saturday I went with Erin (Wink & A Twirl) to Barre3 in Scottsdale, and we had such an amazing class with Katie! To be honest, I haven’t done Barre in years but it was so refreshing and a great change from my normal spin and HIIT classes. I’m thinking about writing an updated fitness and lifestyle blog post.
