New Workout SetS
One of the most important wellness must haves are gym outfits! What better way to get motivated to go to the gym consistently than to get cute new workout sets?! I have so many pieces I absolutely love and recommend from saves to splurges. I linked a few of my faves to shop below!
Gym Equipment
When you don’t feel like going to the gym but you still want to get a quick workout in, having gym equipment at home is great! I recommend the basics like a weight rack, workout bands, and ankle/wrist weights. Having the equipment at home can make it less intimidating to get a workout in on days when you just aren’t feeling it. I linked my favorites below!
Stanley Cup
Staying hydrated throughout the day is often overlooked. That’s why I think the Stanley Tumbler is one of the most important wellness must haves! I have a full blog post HERE on how to drink more water if you need some pointers. I refill my Stanley at least 3 to 4 times a day!
The Miracle Morning
I cannot recommend this book enough! It’s about daily rituals and habits that help change your mindset. It was written by a guy who almost died in a horrific car accident, got terminal cancer (and survived), but always had a good mentality. This book taught me a lot, and that I can have a good mindset through anything!
New WORKOUT Sneakers
Along with new workout sets and equipment, grabbing a new pair sneakers is also one of my top wellness must haves for motivation! I recently bought a couple new pairs of New Balance Sneakers and I have been wearing them on repeat! They work for either the gym or athleisure outfits.
Pique Tea Matcha
If you’ve been following me for a little while, you’ll know that one of the biggest changes I made to my diet last year was cutting out coffee and switching to matcha tea! It made the wellness must haves list because it has seriously been such a game changer (no more afternoon crashes, no headaches, no more grogginess – the list goes on!)
